There was a movie, Ardh Satya. In this movie, a young policeman - forced to join the services by his father, is caught between his own ideals and the stark reality of widespread corruption in the police force and its strong nexus with politics.
Please watch this movie, you will find the answer. This movie had a profound influence in my life.

In this movie, a young, idealist, very honest policeman wants to change the very corrupt department.
He is an idealist. But his friend gives him very nice advice. He tells him, “you cannot change the whole rotting system by yourself and in one day”.
The department is extremely strong, try to change one thing at a time, and if you mess with such a huge organization. They will fire you and you would not be able to do anything.
The answer is very clear; Mr. Sushant Singh Rajput must have put the hand in crocodiles mouths, or he jumped in a pit of Cobras.
Whereas Mr. Abraham bit the tongue and moved on, and it is very regrettable that Mr. SSR is no longer with us. And Mr. Abraham is with us, working and thriving. There is nothing more important to come alive in a conflict, try your best to survive, and make a bit of change. You cannot change the whole mess by yourself and one shot.
Please have a good look at late Mr. Om Puri. Absolutely zero connections - from a very marginal background - attained great heights. Mr. Puri was not an angel but he made a point of his feeling. Some times at the right platform, and some times at the wrong platform. He made it to great heights. Then, gave it away to alcohol.
The moral of the story: “Please do not tell crocodile that his breath stinks until you cross the river”. (This is an ancient Chinese saying). Similar Indian saying: When you want to live in the water you cannot afford to have animosity with the crocodile. Unfortunately, Mr. SSR was not trained on how to swim with sharks and crocodiles. In modern times almost in every trade, every profession, everything you do, nothing is without hierarchy. And the internal current of Mafia.
Please watch old movie Deewar, the movie is centered on squeezing blood out the dock laborers. And one guy does not want to give them monthly protection, they kill him under the truck. Nothing is changed, it is still the same east-west south-north.

And silence is gold at certain times.
Any soldier can tell you when the tanks, machine guns, dynamite is exploding take a cover. Come out when it is safe, now you are alive, now may show your bravery, plan it well.
In movie Sholay: Thakur Baldev Singh was a stupid guy, he runs after Gabbar Singh who is so cruel, that he has no mercy, he enters the pit of Cobras.
What did he get: He got his both arms cut. This moron Baldev Singh should have hired these two hoodlums Jai and Veeru in the beginning but he ran into a pit full of cobras and one big mamba. And lost both arms.
Most of us first lose the arms then think of logic to find the right solution.
