Here are some generic questions that the panel can ask you in interviews. These questions do not have anything to do with technical knowledge. The unfortunate situation is, the way you answer these questions will determine whether you get the job or not. By anticipating and preparing for them, you can use questions like these to your advantage. Prepare good answers to these questions so that they will be ready in your arsenal and you can deploy them when there is a need for it.
